The south facing annex is joined to her big sister Cheriton but boasts its own parking for 3 cars, its own front and back door , private hot tub and garden with beautiful views of the Nith Valley Hills. Situated in a peaceful rural location but only a few minutes drive from the A76 and only 5 mins drive from the market town of Dumfries where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and shops.

Shower room, lounge room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar all on one level.

Out doors you can relax in the private hot tub, make use of the barbecue (coals and utensils provided) or just enjoy the view from the patio.

Along with the picturesque villages of moniave , thornhill and durisdeer make for an explorers paradise The area also has exceptional walking routes and only a short drive to enjoy some of the best coastal walks in the region. The more adventurous can enjoy the seven stains mountain bike routes, some wild swimming at loch ettrick , llama walking or some water activities on loch Ken .
